本離心機(jī)主要由傳鼓、傳動(dòng)座、機(jī)座、內(nèi)殼、外機(jī)殼和上蓋組成。錐型轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)表面有篩網(wǎng)，中間裝用布料器。物料從安裝在與轉(zhuǎn)鼓同軸中心同一軸線的進(jìn)料管垂直進(jìn)入配器，在離心機(jī)的作用下，實(shí)現(xiàn)固液分離，固相物料在網(wǎng)面上移至大端而完成脫液，并借助于慣性實(shí)現(xiàn)卸料，通過內(nèi)機(jī)殼與外機(jī)殼的環(huán)形通道下落進(jìn)行收集。
